The annual President vs Captain’s match is always a special occasion for the club.
This year, the teams were led by Club President Claire Morrison and Club Captain Debbie Bissett – marking the first time in the club’s history that both President and Captain have been female.
The afternnon began with the traditional ‘Spider’ competition, followed by 18 ends of bowls played in glorious sunshine. Afterwards, players and guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea in the clubhouse, along with a game of ‘Heads & Tails’ and a raffle.
